At SB Traders, we are committed to delivering your electronics safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how we process and deliver your orders across the UAE.

🚚 Delivery Coverage

We deliver to the following cities across the United Arab Emirates:

  • Dubai

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Abu Dhabi

Delivery to other Emirates may be available upon request.

⏱ Delivery Time

Standard Delivery:

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: 1–2 working days

  • Abu Dhabi: 2–3 working days

Same-Day Delivery:

  • Available in Dubai for selected products.

  • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM.

Delivery times may vary during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume sales periods.

💵 Shipping Charges

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman: AED 59 (Based on product size/weight)

  • Abu Dhabi:129 AED 

  • Free Delivery on orders above AED 500 (for selected items)

Large items such as TVs, electric scooters, and home appliances may include an additional handling fee.

📦 Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select items.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation SMS/Email after placing an order.

  • A tracking update or delivery partner call will be provided once the order is dispatched.

📱 Delivery for Electronics

All electronic products (TVs, laptops, consoles, appliances, scooters) are:

  • Carefully packaged

  • Fully tested before dispatch (when applicable)

  • Delivered with manufacturer or store warranty (as mentioned on the product page)

🚚 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

  • Our team will attempt delivery twice.

  • If unsuccessful, the order may be cancelled, and additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, SB Traders ships only within the UAE.
International delivery may be added in the future.
